My name is Cassandra Cooper. I founded Inner Calm Hobart because my core passion is Wellness and Growth.

My journey began in Hobart, where I ran my fitness business, Big Picture Training, until my family and I moved to Spain, where I led community fitness groups incorporating mindful practices. After years of training many types of people, from athletes to parents to retired to young professionals, I saw a common thread that led to me including mindful practices in my tailored wellness programs - a crucial element to growth and wellbeing. Along the way, I’ve come to see that true well-being requires more than just physical wellness. Finding balance, peace, and clarity in a busy world is crucial - it´s about creating space to express your full potential.

Inner Calm Hobart draws years of experience, particularly as a qualified Max Meditation System™ practitioner—a system suitable for new and experienced meditators alike. After working internationally, I am dedicated to helping busy professionals in Hobart find inner calm. I aim to provide a much-needed pause, offering space to breathe, reset, and find calm amidst the demands of modern life.

With over 15 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellbeing, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My journey has spanned across continents, allowing me to integrate global perspectives into my approach.   • Kundalini Yoga Teacher: I am a qualified Kundalini Yoga instructor with extensive experience in teaching both online and in-person classes, helping students connect mind, body, and spirit through yoga and meditation.

  • Modern Mystery School Guide, Teacher, and Healer: As a certified Guide and Healer, I have a deep understanding of ancient wisdom and how to apply it in today’s fast-paced world. My certifications include:

    • Max Meditation System™ Practitioner: A highly accessible meditation system that suits both beginners and advanced practitioners, forming the core of what I offer at Inner Calm Hobart.

    • Chi-do Instructor: This moving meditation technique combines movement and mindfulness, creating a dynamic way to experience peace and stillness.

  • A moving meditation that’s ideal for those who resist traditional seated meditation.
